Detailed Product Description

Insulated Glass is made up of two pieces of glass by high-strength airtight complex glue. In the middle is aluminum alloy frame with drier to keep the air between the sheets is dry.

Energy conservation: K value of heat conduction System, K value of single slice with thickness of 6mm glass is 5.75kcal/mh, K value of common hollow glass is 1.4 --2.9kcal/mh, K value of hollow glass with argon and fluorine sulphur can drop to 1.19kcal/mh. Argon is used to reduce K value while argon sulphur gas is used to lower dB value of noise. Those two kinds of gas can be used alone, or mixed in certain proportion.

Sound insulation:  common hollow glass can reduce 30 db of noise. As it filled with inert gas can reduce the noise from 80db to 45db.

Anti-condensation: Under environment of large temperature difference between indoor and outside in winter, hollow glass is dew-free.

Usage:

Office building, hotel, hospital and library; exchange room, broadcasting room, recording canopy, computer laboratory, automobile, train car window and airport control tower; places where heat preservation is needed.
